Quicktip: Meal planning ideas

Sometimes you need some new ideas when putting together your meal plan. Where do  I get my ideas? I head over to I’m an Organizing Junkie. Every Monday, Laura put’s up her menu plan for the week and encourages other bloggers to do the same. This week, she had over 300 bloggers link their menus to her site. I’ve found some great new recipes and gotten inspired to try new things (which can be difficult with a picky husband).

If your meal plan is a bit boring or you haven’t started a weekly meal plan yet, head over to Laura’s site. Questions on menu planning? Feel free to post them here.

Menu for the rest of the month

I’ve decided I do not want to go grocery shopping for the rest of the month. I don’t want to spend anymore money. We are trying to snowball a debt away at the end of the month and I’m going to save every dime I can to make sure that happens. I love paying off debt. If I can pay off three things this month, I will be a very happy camper. So I went to the deep freezer and the pantry to see what we had. I’ve got an awesome menu planned for the rest of the month. This meal plan actually goes back to last Friday.
